Rooted in Culture. Grown Together.

For generations, Hmong and BIPOC communities have carried invaluable agricultural knowledge, healing traditions, and entrepreneurial spirit. Yet systemic barriers have limited access to land, capital, and ownership. Peb Lub Neej Cooperative exists to change that story by creating systems where culture becomes an asset, collaboration becomes economic power, and community wealth is shared across generations.

What We Do

We produce foods and traditional medicines that reflect the cultures, traditions, and knowledge of our communities.

Our work connects ancestral practices with today’s food system while creating opportunities for local production and entrepreneurship.
